Your application will only be processed once all intended flatmates have completed their portion in full. In addition to the information required on the myrent portal, each applicant must complete the following and attach.
As this is possibly your first lease, under "Landlord Reference" you can add either your halls of residence or parents etc.
A "Character Reference" must be included, this can be an employer, family friend, teacher etc. Any written references are also welcomed.
If you're a large group applying for multiple houses together (The Courtyard etc.), ensure you use a group name (e.g. 'The Northies') in your application forms additional notes so your applications are processed together. If your group is successful, you will all sign individual house leases.
